Escalation to SCORES

If the grievance is not resolved satisfactorily, investors may lodge a complaint through the SEBI SCORES platform.

SCORES is a centralized online system that allows investors to file complaints and track their status.

Complaint Handling Process

Upon receiving a grievance, FinAtoZ will:
